3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos provided by the Service remain the property of Earnings API, LLC (or your company's name).

You may display and style the returned content however you wish, but you may not republish our underlying source code or proprietary data feed.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness of any data.

In no event will Earnings API, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
